Received a phone call inviting me for an onsite interview after two weeks of applying. The hiring manager barely gave me options for scheduling. It's either evening the next day or the following week. You get an interview after completing the personality assessment. The hiring manager was busy when I had arrived so the customer service manager interviewed me instead. Interviewer was very dry, dead, and boring. She was thorough and had asked many questions. The off part is the front of the store can get hectic at any time of the day but the back where the customer service manager is--has it all good. I feel it's not worth the time investment for the rate of pay.
