Chauvet interview questions

I was initially contacted by the HR Generalist via LinkedIn for a role. The process started with a standard screening interview, which was straightforward and well-organized. Following this, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. The conversation with the hiring manager felt somewhat unproductive. Although I didn’t receive an offer, I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company and the role. My recommendation would be for the company to ensure clearer communication during the interview process regarding expectations around industry-specific experience.

I was interviewed by three executives all at the same time. They asked the usual "tell me about yourself" warmup questions, but I felt some did not pertain to the job at hand and I thought that was odd. I felt very uncomfortable in this interview right from the start.
