Very fast interview process when a good candidate is found. Overall start to finish was 3 weeks until i got formal offer letter and start date. Company seeks diversity of skills to allow continues employment for full time hires. I met with head of HR and SVP Life Sciences in person for final interview

Had a 45 minute phone interview with the HR lead. Told one week later I had not been chosen to progress. After asking for feedback twice, I was told that it's not company policy to give feedback

Interview
Had an interview with HR, VP, then President. Also spoke with another Sr. PM to discuss opportunities at their current client
The interview was positive, I received a lot of good feedback from all the interviewees. I was told after the last meeting by HR they were very interested in moving forward but did not have a client to place me with yet/or was looking for a fit.This confused me since I thought they had an opening that I was interviewing for. When I met with their Sr. PM she discussed opportunities she had with the client direct interacts with. But not as a management consultant an account manager which seemed more like a recruiter/sales role. Overall after a very positive meeting, I was highly disappointed the company had no opportunity or was not professional enough to let me know they did not want to move forward. Although the feedback provided was positive after my interview. I was disappointed they were trying to match me with positions they did not actually have. Very unhappy with the process and did not sense this business understood how to negotiate resources with their clients in order to ensure when they have a candidate they also have a job opening to fill.
