the interviewer i got was very friendly, asked very simple and direct questions mostly to do with logistics like how far away do i live and which branch id want to work in.

The interview process was in person. Just go to the store and tell any associate you’re there for an interview. Asked basic customer service questions and experience using POS. Was pleasant and straightforward. Nothing out of the blue. As long as you answer the questions thoughtfully you’ll likely to get hired.
Casual Interview with manager. Very straightforward and friendly for the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone. Whole interview was 30 minutes long. Discussed expectations and training schedule and start date.
