The hiring was done trough an outside agent, through a skype conversation we had a small talk for like 15 minutes about why I would be suitable for this job and why they should hire me. They also asked why I wanted to go to Australia. This proces ran smoothly, but when requested a interview with the actual company, this was hard to arrange and this didnt happen.
