Chase Plastics interview questions

Phone interview with HR that was rather thorough. Asked to come in for an in-person interview with a four different people which was expected to take 2-3 hours but only actually last an hour and twenty minutes. You interview with the Purchasing Managers then the Purchasing Director quizzes you on the position and what was discussed with the Purchasing Managers. At the end you interview with HR who tries to warn you about the workload and how they do not want any negative people. Felt they definitely were not trying to sell you on the position; more like they were letting you know they were picky about whom they would hire.

There was a 50 min phone interview. Then if they like you, you have an in person interview that lasted 3 hours!!!!! 3 hour interview is ridicules for a customer service job. Then you take a caliper test. The while hiring process is crazy long. They end up asking you the same questions 3 different times!! Waste of time.
