I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Little Elm, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
Applied for a part-time Teller position with Chase Bank while going to school full-time. The application was done online after setting up a profile on the careers website with my resume, skills, etc. I received a call from a recruiter about a week and a half later to get me in contact with the Manager of the branch where I was looking to work about setting up an in-person interview. Assistant Manager/Lead Teller + Branch Manager were present for the interview. I got a call a week later with the offer.

Question 1
"Tell us about how you handled a situation with an upset customer."
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
