Straight forward. They talked more than me and I assumed they weren't going to offer me a job because I wasn't asked many questions but they did. Questions were about availability and flexibility to work the hours required

I submitted a resume via craigslist. I got an interview right away. They were in need of skilled talent right away and I met the qualifications plus. We talked about future possibilities and growth with the company. They made me believe that I would have the ability to give input, to work independently to grow the business.
