The interview was straightforward. The person who interviewing talked about themselves first and then started asking me questions. I was made very comfortable and give me few pointers how to go about answering questions. Tell me about yourself ? Why did want to teach? How do you handle if the a student who is not handing homework?

The interview process was very easy going. I spoke with recruiter first and she sent the information over to the principal and I was called in to interview. I enjoyed my interview. Was offered the position the same day.
