BEWARE - they post this job all the time I've noticed. First it's a phone screen which goes well, then they ask you to prepare a case study which took about 6 hours for me to complete. After presenting the case study in front of a panel, which includes all your ideas and suggestions, you never hear from them again and you see them using all your ideas.

They ask you to prepare cases with full marketing/campaign strategies (and send them over) during the process. I completed 2 cases (raging 5-10 hours each), and had a total of 2 in-person and 4 phone interviews before they re-posted the job without even offering a decline. They then use the ideas that you created for them. It seems this company is just trying to get free marketing advice without actually having to hire someone.
