Interview
It consists of a total of 4 interview stages, starting with screening interview, presentation interview, design task interview and final interview. Even though the number of the interview processes was a bit daunting, the interviewers were fairly nice and chill.

What is a key metric to measure the success of your product?
The interview process could be improved, not the so friendly people working there. It was a bit dull the whole thing. They didn’t explain what would be my daily tasks in the company.
I had a phone call with the Product Designer Manager. The call was friendly but also had a professional vibe. We talked about the company and its culture and my professional experience.
