I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process with Charlie Health started off smooth and conversational. The interviewer created a relaxed atmosphere, and I was told during the interview that I would be moving forward and to email an updated resume (although the one I originally uploaded was recent), and to expect an email for references. Naturally, I felt good based on that feedback.
However, I was later surprised to receive a generic email saying they were moving forward with another candidate. It felt a bit deceptive, given the earlier communication, and left me questioning whether the feedback was genuine or just part of a script. It was a disappointing experience overall — especially after being led to believe I was progressing in the process.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2026
Interview
I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was very brief because the recruiter asked about my usual rate and my availability to work evenings.
I met with a recruiter for a brief and informal interview. The follow ups are requested to be done in 24 hours which make the process feel pressured and rushed.
Half-hour interview with recruiter discussing job requirements and my own work experience. Plenty of time given to candidate to discuss their strengths and goals for their career. Company was prompt with communications and follow up.
