I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2024
Interview
I only had one interview and it was virtual. Easy to set up and schedule and the tone was conversational the whole time. They asked a few questions but made me feel very comfortable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about the technical recruiting experience I had
Introductory interview with a corporate recruiter
More in depth Interview with team leaders
Interview with director on the recruiting team
Case Study over LinkedIn sourcing with team leaders
Offer approval via leadership
initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
