The process was fine. But communication lacked with setting up time for last interview. There was a screener, phone interview, zoom interview, and then what would have been a clinical presentation and role play.

Virtual, staff were nice. There are 3 interviews. 1 with a recruiter, 1 with a therapist and then the 3rd is a mock intake assessment that the staff watch you do live as one of the staff role plays as a client.

Was contacted by recruiter to circle back with me after a few months to see if I was interested in exploring the role again with normal 9-5 hours. Recruiter was very responsive, but the interview process was a little extreme. 1 with recruiter, 2nd with clinical manager, then in between 2 and 3rd interviews, I had to complete and submit a case study, the 3rd interview was completing a mock assessment with 3 clinical managers and it’s recorded. I got a bad vibe in 2nd interview they are more about profit vs. really helping young individuals with their mental health
