      The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charlie Health

      Interview

      I was contacted by a wonderful recruiter via LinkedIn for this role! I submitted an application as well and we had an initial call. She asked thoughtful questions and gave me a great scope for the role and information about the company. Although I didn’t go past Manager interview, the overall process is as such: Phone screen/ interview with recruiter Zoom interview with the hiring manager Take Home Task/Project Project Presentation to the Team The hiring manager was friendly, informative, and it was clear that they knew the organization and client experience inside and out. I enjoyed speaking with them! Rather than a rejection email, I did receive a personal call from the recruiter with the results of the process, which was refreshing and really courteous. No additional feedback other than the team felt there were other qualified candidates that they would be pursuing for the role. This is quite a niche role and I wish them the best of luck in finding/perusing candidates with a similar background.
