There were two interviews. First one was a technical one with architecture questions, security questions, and a coding exercise. The second interview was a behavioral one. The interviewers were professional, cordial and respectful in both the interviews.
Although both the interviews went extremely well, and I was expecting an offer within days of the second interview, there was no communication from Charles Schwab after that. A follow up with the coordinating HR personnel did not yield any result either.
For a company as big and reputed as Charles Schwab, the HR is expected to be professional and come back at least with a no-go response.
