Applied online through Schwab.com, process took about 3 weeks before being contacted for a phone interview. Back to back days for phone interviews & then a face to face. Offer w/in 30 min. of face to face interview. Interview is very "fit" oriented, as well as behavioral questions. Not very technical, but there are some for the licensed broker position.

How do you display ownership and problem resolution when dealing with a client.
It was exactly what you'd expect 2 rounds. You can google the questions. High rate of turnover. They expect you pass your licensing exams soon after hire. This was a stepping stone position.
