The interviewer for Charles Schwab literally told me that he didn't know anything about financial services, and "got the job because he knew someone who worked there." After reviewing his "linked in" page, I was certain that was the only reason that he works there. He had zero experience in the field. So, if you would like to work for Schwab, I suggest getting to know someone there. Both phone interviewers were also so cold and dispassionate with their responses, that I was thankful when I did not get the job.
