I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab in Feb 2014
Interview
I applied online and was contacted almost immediately after. I went through a series of three phone interviews, as I was located in a different state than the office I would be working in. I worked with a recruiter and did my initial interview with them. Following that, I was set up with a member of the team I would be working with. Then I was interviewed by the director of that department. Overall, it didn't seem very difficult, just very thorough.
