Interview
I talked briefly to an HR guy. Standard questions. He was basically checking for a pulse. Then he walked me up to the hiring manager. They wanted to know a bit about my work history, but were also looking t make sure I was breathing and could stand on my hind legs.

Interview
I applied through an outside source. I was contacted quickly and had a phone call/screening. Then we set up an interview date, they went over the job description again, gave a tour, and sat me down for questions. I met with one of the higher up bosses and he told me I was too qualified for the position I was applying to. Offered me a higher position on the spot. I did have to reapply for that position, but it came with a pay raise. Very upfront about responsibilities and some employees lack of care. Very friendly.
Easy, relaxed, get introduced the facility, the job, talk to some current employees, the benefits, what you get when working, then how it could benefit you (they are good seller ;))

Interview
Phone screen, virtual meeting with the supervisor very simple process not high pressure. Basically they explained about the job in both the phone screen as well as the virtual meeting and asked if I would be still interested.
