The interview process was broken up into two parts; there was a phone call portion, and then I was asked to come into the office to meet in person. The first half of the interview was typical; I had come in with questions regarding the position, expectations, and company culture. The second half of the interview was a bit unorthodox though, as I was asked personal questions (i.e. what do I do on weekends). They were not invasive, but I was surprised by them. My interviewer said that they were intended to help learn more about me outside of a professional setting, but it was still unusual. Ultimately though, the experience was positive, and I hope to work with them in the near future!

Quick to hear back from recruiter. Scheduling process was a little difficult--lots of back and forth, phone tag. Everyone was very friendly. Phone interview, followed by another phone interview and then schedule in-person with different individuals from team.
