Firstly, we had a Skype interview with the usual HR questions. Second, there was an interview at the offices in which a lot of IO related questions came about. Then, I had to talk to another senior manager who asked me the same questions that I already solved beforehand.

1st round: asking about past experience, why econ consulting, following by a case study. The case study is based on a context asking simple calculations and analysis on whether there are problems.
