I was invited to their office and the interview lasted approx 4 to 5 hours. I had the typical questions about my CV and my motivation but I also had 2/3 case studies, where one of them i had a few slides to read and discuss with two employers. At the end, I had to do a math test
It seems they like fishing instead of seriously hiring at AEA. One phone call can get interviewer's attention to step out from interview. From the social reception event, you can tell they are tired from seeing you...
