Applied directly to their website, got a response a few days within the application deadline, and was invited to the first stage of interviews which was a group interview consisting of market sizing questions, logical puzzles and a presentation. Was then called back for stage 2 of interviews which were specific case-based. I would recommend brushing up on your business economics theory and mental math before the interview.
