Supportive and friendly, two parts the written assignment and the group exercise, both modernly relaxed and straight forward.
The group exercise was a bit intimidating, so I would say be sure to prepare for it so it's not awkward between participants.

We were given a written scenario for the independent submission, and you had to come up with your own interpretation of how best to complete it.

Started with online Group Interview after 4 weeks of application, lots of candidates joined and randomly divided into different groups, answered and discussed 2 parts of questions within 1h30mins. Discussion was not smooth.
