Interview
Interview process was easy and smooth. They ask your normal interview questions and try to get judge whether or not you will fit in well with the rest of the team. They will ask you to get on chat (normally using facebook chat) and do a mock chat to determine if you will be able to keep up with their chat support services. Overall as long as you can speak clearly, and type at a normal rate you will be fine.

One phone screening, one in-person interview with the leadership, future team members, Hr and the hiring manager. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and didn't have any trick questions.
