I was supposed to interview for a summer marketing internship but midway through the interview process HR told me that there was a full time marketing coordinator position and she asked if I would be interested. I had 5 interviews in total spanned over a month. Te first interview was a phone interview going over the position and my qualifications. The second interview was with the Hiring manager. The third interview was with the hiring manager and his team, the fourth interview was with the VP of the department, finally the last interview was with the CFO's assistant. You may not get all 5 interviews. The people that I talked to that work there only had 2-4 interviews.
