I applied online. I interviewed at ChargePoint in Apr 2025
Interview
Online panel interview with 6 interviewers. All of them were polite. When interviewed with managers, most to the conversation were casual. For technical interview, it require python live coding test. But no reply at the end even I sent email to ask HR. After couple of month, I got an auto-reply email to say thank you.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How can you reduce the time complexity of searching text in a chat?
One round of DSA - Game of Life
Two round of technical interview with EM - system design
It was quite easy. Focus on High level design and Low Level design. Then mainly explain on what’s in your resume
The overall interview process was amazing and well-organized. The interaction was friendly and focused mainly on what I had mentioned in my resume. Most of the questions were related to programming languages, OOPs concepts, and basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The interviewers seemed more interested in understanding how strong my fundamentals were rather than asking overly complex questions. If you have a clear understanding of the basics and can confidently explain your projects or technical experiences, the process feels comfortable and fair. A good experience overall!
