Interview
Sporadic. Contacted by the hiring manager and had a teams interview. A second conversation was arranged with other members of the company however they did not turn up and since then there has been zero communication even though I followed up. Extremely disorganised and unprofessional to career ghost at second interview stage.

None really, very ad hoc. No real direction, Interviewer seemed quite overwhelmed.
