Interview
I spoke with the Interviewer over email and then a phone call. I was also asked to take a few skills tests (Microsoft Office). The interview process seemed disorganized and ineffective. In one email, the interviewer informed me that I was supposed to call them, however I was never given a phone number to call. I politely informed them of this via email. In response they sent me a phone number with an incomplete number. I had to call the company number and ask to be transferred to them directly. Overall, an immediate bad impression of the company's hiring manager.

- I was asked to describe my background and skill in aviation, however Interviewer seemed more interested in asking me about my desired pay range.
- I was asked to conduct a skills test on Microsoft Office programs, it took about 40 minutes to complete.
