      Web Content Coordinator Interview

      3 Dec 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at ChannelNet

      Interview

When I interviewed, there was a phone interview first, then an in person interview. The phone interview goes pretty quickly and was very conversational in tone. The in person interview is tricky. The job you interview for and the job you get are not the same position. You interview for a Web Content Coordinator job, then when you're hired, you're told you are an "eBSC Coordinator". The interviewer asks you what you want in a position, and listens carefully. When he tells you what the job is, he carefully tailors the job description to fit what you have said. The hiring agency they use is sneaky as well when getting people in the door here. This company doesn't even have an HR department, which should tell you this place doesn't have a leg to stand on. Don't waste your time here. Bait and switch is for salesmen, not interviewers.
