ChangeLab Solutions interview questions

First round interview was a phone screen, mostly behavioral interview questions. Within 24 hours they contacted me to schedule another interview. Second round was a Skype interview, but could be in-person if you live close to their office, with 2 employees and questions were similar to first round but included more situational questions.
