J'ai postulé en ligne à une de leurs offres au mois d'octobre et ait reçu un retour qu'en février, alors que je ne m'y attendais plus. J'ai reçu un SMS m'indiquant que mon profil les intéressait puis un mail contenant un lien permettant d'accéder à la plateforme EasyRecrue sur laquelle j'allais devoir, sur un délai d'une semaine, passer un entretien de pré-sélection en vidéo différée. Expérience très déstabilisante : à passer chez soi donc difficile de se mettre en condition d'entretien, 7 questions face à sa webcam (30 sec de question puis compte à rebours pouvant aller jusqu'à 3 minutes pour y répondre), mais avantage de pouvoir le passer quand on le souhaite. Je l'ai passé il y a presque 2 semaines, j'attends un retour savoir si mon profil est accepté pour passer un entretien physique.

Was quite long and thorough. But the interview went on fine. The interviewer was nice and explained some details that I did not really understand. However, I was unfortunately ghosted after the next round.

Prise de contact par la RH avec court entretien, suivi d'un entretien avec les managers d'une heure. RH et managers très sympathiques qui ont mis en confiance. Déçu du mail annonçant qu'il n'y aura pas d'offre qui avait aucun feedback ou personnalisation.

Interview
I applied in person and got an interview the next day. It was short and it was mostly about the job. They offered a second interview for the next day with the district manager where I talked more about my experience and how it will apply to this job. Immediately they had me talk to another manager where they asked about pay and logistics. I emailed after the interview thanking them for the opportunity and look forward to hearing about the job. One manager replied saying they'll get back to me soon. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. It's been over a month so I clearly did not get it but they did not even send a condolence email.
