I had Seven interviews with 7 different people/groups. 1- external coding with Karat, 2 - Engineering Mgr, 3- Internal Coding, 4-Internal Coding, 5- System Design Interview, 6- Cross Team Mgr, 7 - Director. And the the original HR interview. The process took almost 2 months, with the last 5 interviews on 2 consecutive days. At the end they rejected saying interviews 1,3,4 were not up to the mark. Honestly no one should reach interview 7, if 1, 3, 4 are not satisfactory. It was stressful, time-consuming and disappointing to go through that entire process, when half of it could have been avoided if the rejection was based on early performance. BTW, I did solve the coding ones, altho not optimally. I must add that all the people I met were very friendly, engaging and a nice , especially the recruiter Tre.
