Interview
Go through phone screening with recruiter then through to the store manager interview. Interview was relaxed and conversational, we did it at the food court and took about 30 minutes. Overall really good experience, team kept you updated in a clear and timely manner and there were lots of shifts to be had specially for a busy outlet store.
