I think the only good things about the interview process was how quick the process was moving, they had a really nice office, and most of the people were really nice. On average, I heard back from them regarding the next round every 2 business days.
However, after completing five rounds of interviews over the course of roughly a month, communication stopped entirely. I followed up with my recruiter at Chamberlain Group multiple times and never received a response or any update regarding my candidacy.
Being rejected is part of the job search process, and I understand that companies can't move every candidate forward. What was disappointing and frankly ridiculous, was investing a significant amount of time and effort into five interview rounds only to be completely ghosted at the end. At that stage, a brief update or rejection email would have been the professional and respectful thing to do, but I guess companies aren’t those things nowadays.
The experience left me with a negative impression of the company's hiring practices. If a company is willing to ghost you after asking a candidate to commit to five rounds of interviews, it raises concerns about how it values people's time and effort.
