Interview process was generally quite easy in comparison to other companies around Belfast. Upon recruiter sending a CV to CRC this was followed up with an informal chat over coffee; Then a formal interview the next week. This comprised a small technical test, general interview & technical questions, and a small showcase of recent projects on a white board.
