1 home assignment.
2 with senior tech engineers round.
1 with CTO round.
1 senior HR round
My worst HR interview experience ever. Initially HR was ready to give X amount of salary. All interviews went well. But at last she said as your last salary was Y so we can give you at most Y+ 30%.
My suggestion to the management is if you want to pay candidates based on their past salaries. Please tell them even before starting the interview. Don't waste our time.
