Chabot Space & Science Center interview questions

Both of my interviews were very casual, although the interviewer asked relevant questions. I felt very encouraged and comfortable throughout the whole process, and the interviewer answered all of the questions I had about the position and the company. The interviewer was open and communicative in all followup communications which I really appreciated, as many employers simply ghost you.

I was shortlisted from 40 candiates. First, There was a phone interview. It was a general interview to know my education and experience with reference to the position applies. The, A video interview was conducted through Skype. It was very interesting and lively as though i was attending the interview in person at the company as we were able to wacth through a webcam. These were some questions asked: 1. What qualities you have to perform this job? 2. Any previous experience working with children in environmental education 3. What are you strenghts and weaknesses? 4. Some behavioural questions based on team work and conflict management
