Cewe Stiftung & Co. Kgaa interview questions

First stage informal chat, followed by second stage interview which didn’t feel structured in any way. Took another 2 and half weeks for feedback as they were using an agency who proceeded to put forward multiple candidates. Was told there would be competency based questions, but nothing was asked. There was likely a third stage of interviews - makes for a lot of hoops to jump through, given the level of the job. Feedback was very weak given the time spent interviewing.

Uncomplicated and straight to the Point, Well organized, Interwiers were friendly. It was a two stage Interview. First via Teams and the second was on site. Questions were asked about how one work in Team and in difficult situation. On Site interview involved Seniors, who mostly asked Questions to get to know me and a few funtional Questions. It was an amazing experience.
