Cetra/Ruddy interview questions

Very approachable and warm. Their design approach was explained and very impressive tour around the office as well. I was made to immediately feel welcome. Everyone in the office seemed to enjoy their work.

The interview was very lax. Just a 1 on 1 discussion with the Marketing Coordinator to discuss my previous experiences and my interest in the company. With the recent success of the company, they've been growing at a very rapid pace and were looking to delve into new realms of marketing, most notably film production.
