My experience interviewing with Cetera Financial Group was awesome! The Director of Talent Acquisition initiated contact to set up a phone interview. From that point on, he was extremely professional, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire interviewing process including a debrief and discussion on next steps after each interview. This made me feel engaged and at ease throughout the process.
I interviewed a few members of the HR team by phone and later interviewed onsite twice in El Segundo with several other members of the HR team. They very were organized in the scheduling process and even treated me to lunch. Every person I interviewed at Cetera was friendly, genuine, and intelligent. I have never experienced an interview process where the interviews so accurately reflected the actual company culture and work environment. Overall, the interviews didn't feel like interviews - more like conversations to learn about each other and how we could work together to develop the business.
