Phone call with hiring manager who was very familiar with the role and company and wanted to find out more about me and my role and what I wanted to get from the new job.
In the end we both decided it wasn't for me so it was a good 30 min call.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cervest (London, England)
Interview
A good interview. Decent questions, I felt challenged in all the right ways. Although I was unsuccessful, I felt like it was a pleasant experience and I respect the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cervest in Jun 2022
Interview
The overall process was good, communication happened quickly and the people I interviewed with were friendly, respectful and welcoming.
However, every single interview that was scheduled was scheduled for the wrong day, time or wrong link. It took some effort to get the right dates in the diary.
Although the final stage interviews went well, and they said I would hear back within a few days, I never received a reply. After 1 and 2 weeks, I followed up again, but didn't hear back. After putting that much work into the process, it would have been nice to get feedback.
