Interview
The first stage was a telephone interview with HR, it was a short friendly chat going over basic job history, what do you know about the company etc.
Second stage was an online technical test, this was based on my favoured languages, as a .Net developer mine were all in C# and JavaScript. Nothing particularly challenging in terms of code and some general logic and reasoning questions.
Third stage was a short chat with a senior developer about the test results to get an idea of your thinking while answering the questions.
Final stage was a face to face with two senior members of development. They both very friendly and we're easy to talk to. Questions based on past experience and then some more behaviour based questions.

Complete waste of time. I was shown a presentation, the person presenting had to be elsewhere after and didn't ask any questions. Then sent a generic email rejection, they asked me to interview for them. Do a proper interview and talk to candidates, and do not be so uncaring.
First round is phone screen interview. Several quesions asked by HR. Second round is online tests. Thrid round is on-site interview with two interviewees. The whole process is quite intensive but enjoyable.

Varias entrevistas desde recursos humanos, pasando por staff técnico y el product owner del área donde vas a trabajar. Las pruebas técnicas muy bien definidas, en una plataforma muy fácil de usar. La defensa genial, donde se debaten las soluciones de software aplicadas y como podría mejorarse. En general el feedback muy bueno.
