Phone interview, teams interview, then flown to Irving Texas to meet everyone. Everyone was very fun and kind. Felt very welcome. Got a tour, ate lunch, completed the interview, and had a presentation. Flew home same day.
Total of three interviews. First one was on Zoom with the Business Development Manager of the Territory. This was then followed by two in-person interviews with the same manager, before an offer was given. Overall simple experience.

Question 1
What sales experience do you have that you believe would help you in this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Certified Labs (Portland, OR) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process consisted of two phone interviews, one video conference interview and an in-person interview in person and a fifth in Dallas, Texas. I was not offered the final interview in Dallas. The reason I say this was a negative experience was their lack of communication after these interviews. I met with the field recruiter and a vice president to discuss the role and see if it would be a good fit. I thought the interviews went extremely well but was told after checking in three times (and be put off more days each time) that they were going in a different direction with a different candidate with no feedback. The fact that I wasted three weeks learning about the company, its products, and its culture is frustrating. Don't waste your time, the hiring team is unprofessional, I could tell the recruiter didn't really know what she was doing, and the vice president talked over her the whole time.
