Interviewed with both and high low level employees. Initial phone screen with lab manager, then in person group/ panel interview and then final phone screen with CEO. You may interview with several groups that ask a lot of the same questions.

Interview
The interview process was very interesting and showed that the company values the input of all staff. The first interview was a video call with the PI.
The second interview was in person and really a three-in-one interview. During the second set of interviews the first was with the PI and a head scientist. The next interview was with literally every scientist that works there. The final interview was over video, even though I was there physically, with the CEO. One of the downsides to three different interviews was that a lot of the same questions were asked. The questions were relatively easy to answer though! There also was a tour of the facility.

Q: Are you comfortable "wearing many hats" in the lab (taking on many different roles as they do not have lab techs/aides)?
Q: Where do you see yourself over the next couple of years? (Then elaborated that they are only really looking for candidates that can stay 12+ months at least because of the 3-6 month training period)
