First phone interview then in person interview. Thorough process. Had a written component. Multiple group interviews. Looking for a good fit and a qualified candidate. Answered my questions with in depth answers so ask good questions.

Question 1
Something you could have done better in a previous job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ceres in Mar 2022
Interview
Horrible. Recruiter was rude during phone screen, cut me off at least 2 times while I was answering questions. Then sent me rejection letter only to follow up a week later to say they sent me the wrong email and we're looking for my availability for 2nd rd interview. Went through 3 rounds and got a generic form rejection email from a dummy email address. Process for an entry level position took over three months. Absolutely ridiculous.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ceres (Boston, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
My interviewing process only got as far as an phone interview, but they asked very generic interview questions (i.e. "describe yourself in three words") that almost seemed as if they searched "job interview questions" right before the call. During the portion of the interview when I asked them questions, their responses did not put Ceres work atmosphere in the greatest light.
