Take a very easy math test to calculate different denominations. Like the amount of change to give a customer. Also calculate percentages. Brief conversation with the manager on work history and why you want to work in retail.

Interview
Received a call in two days about an interview with the store managers. Took a simple math test before questions. Questions were easy and direct about tackling common obstacles on the floor in retail. (If you can't answer these questions in full then you're in the wrong area of work) They let me know right then and there that they were hiring me and to look out for a phone call.

Interview
The interview process was pretty average. I applied online and was invited for an interview within a couple days. I interviewed one on one with a manager and the questions were pretty average interview questions. I got an offer the next week which I accepted and have been working there ever since.
