The owner had called me back after I submitted my cover letter and resume. She asked if I would like to come in and interview with her one on one so she could tell me a little of what the job entailed. I agreed and came in the following day, we met in the conference room and she asked some questions about past jobs, experience, and what I was looking to get out of this job.

Interview
I met with two top executives for the interview. Many of their questions were regarding RE knowledge, coworkers engagement, minuscule work demands, and thorough discussion. Pleasant conversation between all participants. They are looking for specific criteria to fill the position.

Interview
It was quick and fast. I felt nervous at first but the interviewer made me feel calm and comfortable. They were on time and didn’t make me wait in the reception. It was a good interview.
