Pretty simple, interview was nice and had mostly personality-based questions and asked to walk them through my resume. Had a follow up interview but no offer after 2nd interview. Were overall responsive and did not ghost which I appreciate

Interview
2 individual calls. First one with someone on the team you're applying for and then second one with the person leading said team. Questions were generally about your experience and how much you know about the fintech space.
